(1) The meeting of the council shall be held at least once in six months on the date, time and place determined by the chairman of the council. (2) The notice of the meeting of the council and the list of topics to be discussed at the meeting shall be given by the member-secretary of the council to the members of the council at least forty-eight hours before the meeting.
(3) If at least nine percent of the members attend the meeting of the Council, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting of the Council has been reached.
(4) The meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Council and in his absence the Vice Chairman of the Council shall preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the Council, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the council shall be verified by the person presiding over the meeting and the member-secretary of the council and shall be recorded by the member-secretary.
(7) The council may invite experts to the meeting of the council as per the need.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the council shall be as determined by the council itself.
